SWOT Analysis

The next exercise involves the WBS-SWOT Analysis worksheet. Complete this worksheet as best you can, using the results of the above questions and any additional research you’ve completed. Typically, there are two ways of evaluating the results. The first is by comparing and the second is by converting. The Comparing approach matches strengths to opportunities and minimizes weaknesses considering the threats. In the converting approach, you try to convert weaknesses to strengths and threats into opportunities. Wealth Advantage recommends using the comparing approach over the converting approach. We advocate strengthening your strengths to maximize value creating and delegating or partnering to those more suited to matching their strengths against your weaknesses to maximize efficiency.
